What we collect, and why
- The free audit: your website URL, email address, and (optionally) your industry — so we can run the audit and email you the report. That's the whole reason.
- Booking & email: whatever you include when you book a call or email us — used to reply and to prepare for the conversation.
- Analytics: standard, aggregate usage data (pages visited, rough location, device type) via Google Analytics — so we know which pages help and which don't. Nothing here identifies you personally to us.
Who processes it
A short list of boring, standard services: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (sending the report and follow-up emails), Anthropic (the AI that analyzes your site for the audit — it sees your public website, your industry selection, and nothing else about you), Google Analytics (usage stats), Cal.com (if you book a call), Stripe (if you buy something — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers), and HubSpot (our CRM — where your contact details and audit history live so a human can follow up properly). We don't sell your data, rent it, or "share it with select partners." There are no select partners.
Email, and getting rid of us
Requesting an audit gets you the report plus a handful of follow-up notes about what it means. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and replying “stop” works too — either way we vanish politely and immediately.
Your rights
Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email [email protected] and it's done within 30 days — usually much faster, because there isn't much to find.
Cookies
We use the minimum: analytics cookies from Google Analytics. No ad trackers, no retargeting pixels today. If that changes (e.g., we test retargeting), this page changes first and says so plainly.
